Shipping And Handling: IL GUSTO Spirits Ltd delivers to the UK, All prices for delivery are automatically calculated and added to the total at the 'checkout'. All orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. At all times orders placed after 12 noon will be dealt with on the following working day. Orders placed on Fridays (after 12noon) and weekend are processed on Monday. Shipments within the U.K. should arrive within 3-5 working days (delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors). Some delivery options are limited to certain counties and weights.
Delivery Terms: We are sending your goods by courier. Standard courier deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm. all deliveries must be signed for. if you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call. Two attempts will be made to deliver the goods. IL GUSTO Spirits Ltd will not take responsibility to deliver the goods after these two attempts. Arrangements for collection need to be made with the local depot of the courier
Payments: We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund your money. This applies only to goods that have not already been shipped or picked up by the customer.

If your order already been dispatched?
Because we like to dispatch our products as soon as possible, sometimes we may have dispatched your order before you call or email.
In that case, please wait for your product to arrive and return the products to us by royal mail recorded delivery.
The cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty or the supplier in question offers a 'free returns' service.
However we will exchange the products if there is a fault and the return delivery cost will be paid by Medea Vodka. Only products that have not been used and are still packaged will be exchanged.
